 Woman Empowerment and Support (WES) is dedicated towards bringing empowerment  to South Asian Women and generate awareness on women issues.
 
 
Our Purpose
  

We aspire to start a global platform to generate awareness on the issues of women empowerment and raise our voice and concerns against social malpractices like female foeticide, domestic violence, and illiteracy, child marriage.

 
  
  E-zine
 
Liberata  will begin as a quarterly e-zine and with regular support and contribution we hope to see it become a monthly one. To submit an article,poems, story or photographs for publication in Liberata send a copy to petula76@gmail or umasharma@pratibimb.net . Article must fit within the mission of Liberata. We reserve the right to refuse any submitted material.

Petula DeSouza:
Editor- Liberata

Petula Desouza works as a Freelance Corporate Trainer in Pune. She has a passion for communicating with people and loves 'throwing ideas on the board'. She is an Economics degree holder with a Diploma in Business Management (IMC) and has a Travel and Tourism Management Consultant Diploma from New Zealand.

Her hobbies include reading, cooking, singing and playing the piano, travelling, meditation, yoga-lates, writing and learning about new cultures. She has an avid interest in human nature and psychology. 

Uma Sharma : Coordinator- WES

Uma Sharma works as a freelance writer and soft skill trainer. She is the coordinator  of Woman Empowerment and Support. She is an MBA and currently pursuing her Masters in Political science. She has more than 8 years of experience in communication and soft skills training and has worked with the likes of Wipro, STG, Frankfinn.

Her Hobbies include reading, cooking, writing, travelling, trekking, painting.

Stuti Srivastava : Writer

Stuti Srivastava is a teacher for social studies. She has completed her Bachelor degree in Education and Law. Stuti also writes article for Liberata. Stuti is also the in house legal consultant for WES.

Stuti is trained vocalist in Indian classical music.  She loves travelling and movies.
